Tendered by the Ministry of Electric Power of Myanmar under a 5-year power purchase contract (PPA). The largest combined-cycle power plant (CCPP) in Myanmar, with Raising Energy handling the operation and maintenance. Successful integration of local and Chinese technical teams during the challenging COVID-19 period.
Our Client’s Challenge
Developing and maintaining transformation programs in finance, logistics/supply chains, information technology, training and procurement to help foster cost effectiveness and efficiency without the loss of Defense capability. Taking advantage of opportunities to help reduce costs while maintaining operational capability through partnerships with the private sector.
